CJN Event Registration
We have three ways to register for our event including easy online payment with a credit card (see below).

If you are interested in a sponsorship, please visit our Sponsorships page before registering (many of the sponsorship opportunities include golf and dinner tickets).
OPTION 1: Register & Pay Online
Submit your registration online and pay with a credit card. We accept major international debit or credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB (secure payment processing via Stripe).
Golf registration includes greens fee for 18-hole tournament, shared cart and box lunch.
Ticket for the Dinner and Silent Auction event on Saturday June 13, 2020. Children under 12 are free.
Reserve a table for your party of ten for the Dinner and Silent Auction event on Saturday June 13, 2020. This guarantees you and your guests seats together, dinner, five raffle tickets (each) AND adds in our efforts to "help the kids".
OPTION 2: Register Online & Mail Payment
Submit your registration online using the form below, but mail us payment by check.
OPTION 3: Mail Registration & Payment
Download the registration form and mail us your registration and payment by check.
Please make checks payable to King of Swing Charities and note the name of the registrant on the check or with the shipment.
